Sharing a few Recipes of my own this week/ Sheppards Pie and Beef Cubed Steak with Gravy. Read the menu and find the recipes below.
Breakfast: Malt o meal
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup and crackers
Dinner: Alex’s Birthday dinner: Cake ice cream and Subs
Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: Canned ravioli
Dinner: Leftover steak is being used to make a soup with carrots cabbage potatoes onion mushroom and Swanson’s beef broth! Also Fresh made biscuit muffins! (my Grandmas Secret Recipe make them with a box of Bisquick mix)
Breakfast: egg and toast
Lunch: Leftover soup or grilled cheese if there is no soup
Dinner: Sheppard’s pie
2 pounds Ground beef cooked with one onion salt pepper seasoning salt garlic
12 servings of instant mashed potatoes made per the box directions!
3 cans corn
8 ounces shredded cheese
Layer ground beef, then corn, then potatoes and cover with the cheese Bake 350 for 35 minutes until cheese is lightly browned on top! Cook longer if you like it browner!
Breakfast: oatmeal peaches Whole wheat toast
Lunch: Leftover Sheppard’s pie
Dinner: Eat it up or throw it out Thursday!
Breakfast: egg sandwiches
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly with milk (Nutella for Missy who can’t have peanuts)
Dinner: Snack Friday
Saturday: We are going to a Wounded Warrior dinner that is out of town! He is eating jumbo shrimp and I am having ¾ racks of ribs! (I will be sharing mine with him because they look big!) I will let you know how it goes!
Dinner: Going to have my dad start this for me while I am gone so we can eat it at 6.
Cube steak with Gravy in the crock pot! Baked potatoes, Green beans and biscuits
(5 cube steak) Brown your cube steak with onions salt pepper seasoning salt and garlic (Those are my main ingredients for spices) sometimes I add onion salt or onion soup mix, steak sauce or steak seasoning or whatever I find!
3 cans of mushroom soup and 3 cans of brown or beef gravy unless you have leftover gravy from something
Mix it all in together well in your crock pot, add the meat and cook 6-7 hours on high! Should be falling apart by then and yummy! Serve with the baked potatoes and biscuits so you can put it on top of them!
