Wednesday:

On the left is the real one and on the right is the one made by rolling a half a cheese stick up in a biscuit!
Kids have no school we are planning on having a snack night. One of the things that we plan on making are homemade cheap Bosco type sticks. We use Refrigerator biscuits split in half by opening them up and use one half to put one half a piece of cheese stick inside. Roll it around the cheese stick and bake it per package directions. Dip them in pizza sauce and they are so yummy. You can also butter them when they are almost done and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic.
