Menu Plan Monday
Emergency meals: 1: burritos
(frozen kind) 2: hamburgers that were
pre cooked and frozen and Fries baked
Monday
Homework comes home tonight which makes for a busy night.
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Leftovers (Pot
roast) I am looking into doing some freezer meals to make things easier and
have something other than Pot roast on Sundays.
Dinner: Hamburger Helper
(You know how busy Mondays are)
Tuesday
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch:
Dinner: Homemade Make your own Hot Subs
Wednesday
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch:
Dinner: Chicken Alfredo
Thursday
Breakfast: oatmeal with peaches
Lunch:
Dinner: Sloppy Joes
Friday
Breakfast: egg and toast
Lunch:
Dinner: Chicken strips breaded and Potato wedges
Saturday
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch:
Dinner: Veggie pizza
Use anything you want for pizza crust, cook the crust and let
it cool. Mix cream cheese with a ranch packet to flavor and spread it on the
crust. Top with your choice of veggies like carrots, broccoli, radish, onion or
whatever you prefer.
Sunday
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch:
Dinner: Cheesy chicken noodles and veggies
Chicken cut into little chunks and cooked.
Noodles 1 bag
Bag of frozen veggies cooked and drained. (Broccoli,
cauliflower, carrot type mixed veggies or something similar)
Velveeta type cheese I use Spartan brand Make it into a sauce
per package directions and mix it all together.
