Get your kids to eat calcium

Yogurt Dipped  fruit
calcium fortified soy milk
orange juice
fish bones like in Salmon
sweet potatoes
mac and cheese  (when you cook it using milk and real cheese)
Add milk to items you cook like hot cereal adds

This is way better than the list my pediatrician gave me, which included "McDonald's Shakes". I just handed it back to her.

That is funny. I try not to go near Mcdonalds. I am overweight as it is because of lack of excersize due to pain from my last c-section. (Had Adhesion's that cause pain and cysts that had to be removed) Thankfully I found out what was causing the pain so I can get it taken care of.
