#Claritinmom #Giveaway Children’s Claritin® Grape Flavored Syrup / Spring allergy tips

Being that My Mother In law does Hair at the beauty shop and has allergies I decided to give her some of my samples of Claritin® received this week.  Lets face it who wants to have their hairstylist sneezing in their face while doing their hair?  She was great full for that and a 3 dollar off coupon I gave her awhile back.  You can print your own coupon here as well.

I am part of Children’s Claritin Mom Crew  and so, Claritin sent welcome kits with  Nondrowsy CLARITIN products and  a tote bag. Some were for me to give samples away to friends, church members or any other appreciative moms  whom suffer with allergies and some were for me to keep for my own family.  I have decided to give a full size product they gave me away on my blog.  We have our own so I am parting with this  to one of my readers.

One  of you can win this full size product  Children’s Claritin® Grape Flavored Syrup. This is 2 fl Ounces . This is for children 2 and up.

This provides 24 hour relief of
  • Sneezing
  • Runny Nose
  • Itchy, Watery Eyes
  • Itchy Throat or nose
Claritin®   provides non-drowsy allergy relief indoors and out. It is very important to be able to provide relief for allergies without making me drowsy so that I am able to care for all the kids and housework during the days.
As part of the Mom crew we receive also a monthly newsletter to share tips with our readers. Here is an excerpt from that with some tips:
Spring Allergy Tips
It's not surprising that in the season notorious for allergies, we have the most tips to share! Beginning as early as February, invisible pollens from hardwood deciduous trees are big troublemakers for many allergy sufferers. But there's no reason to be miserable. These tips can help you minimize your exposure to allergens, and be prepared as possible for the pollen storm that's on the horizon.
  • Start taking Claritin® allergy products as soon as symptoms start.
    • Having medication on hand will help you prepare for allergy symptoms.
  • Know your nemesis.
    • When you understand what triggers your allergy symptoms, you can make an extra effort to avoid them. For example, grass pollen levels rise when grass is disturbed, so if that's one of your triggers, wear a mask when mowing or avoid mowing altogether.
  • Beat the clock.
    • Peak pollen production can occur in early morning, so try to plan outside activities at other times of the day.
  • Check the forecast.
    • Avoid going outdoors when pollen counts are high. Also, heavy rains wash pollen from the air, making post-shower outings more comfortable. Beware of dry, windy days when pollen can be particularly intense. (Get the pollen counts and weather forecast for your area and sign up for the Claritin® Allergy Forecast.)

Thank you so much for your kind comments.
