Investing in a few cute home accessories

Guest post written by Hailey Griffin

There isn't a whole lot I can do about my furniture. At this point it obviously isn't that nice but I'm really OK with that. I have some slipcovers on everything and it really is a bit of an improvement. But for the rest of my living room, I think that I could do something to make it look a whole lot better.
I've been scouring the internet for roundups of easy ways to dress up the look of your apartment and stuff like that. I kept seeing stuff about lacquer trays and thought I was onto something, so I started searching for a cheap one. While I was looking I saw something on kitchen remodeling and thought that it sounded pretty reasonable. So I'm going to look into that for the long run. I think that's a little more important than investing in a slightly better sofa right now.
I tracked down this one decorative lacquer tray that I had seen in a blog post somewhere that wasn't credited and I was so proud of myself! So I'm going to use it to dress up my plain coffee table.

Home accessories are great investment. I myself have my own small, prized collection at my home in apartments Phoenix AZ.
