White Chili Recipe

White Chili Recipe
(This is one of those recipes that are written like a dear friend Ella taught me to cook. I am sorry for that as she would say a pinch of this or a dash of that and here add a handful in of this or that. Well, I never could cook those recipes until I got more experience and then that was how I cooked. Btw way I still Miss Ella after years of her being gone in heaven. RIP ) I have tried to put amounts in that I think are about right but use your judgment if it looks like your chili has too much meat in it then don’t put that much or if it seems to be all beans don’t add too much. )
I am sorry that there is not a picture. I don't know why I did not take one or it may be somewhere on a camera.
This is what I used:
1 pound or a few 15 ounce cans or a large jar Cooked white beans
I like northern as my family does not like cannellini.
A few large cans Swanson Chicken broth. I like Swanson as it does not have the MSG.
2 cloves garlic, chopped up
2 medium onions, chopped
1-2 stalks of celery
Few green chilies Small can (you may want more like a 15 ounce can)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for those who don't like or can not eat spicy)
3 large pieces of boneless skinless chicken (I cook mine in the pressure cooker and it is so juicy this way)
3 cups shredded white cheese
1 jalapeno, chopped (if you want it spicy)

The pretty simple part is this:
All I do is cook the chicken in the pressure cooker cut it up and add all my ingredients to the Crockpot.  Let it cook all day and when you get home from church you are ready to set the table and eat. Top your bowl of chili with the shredded cheese.
