Okay, So I have been trying to lose weight that was put on from Matthew and am down 26 pounds.. Still a bunch to go... Hes a big boy what can I say he got me fat... lol.. I think this tip may help! Really I cut out lots of bread and pasta meals and I keep healthy snacks on hand like Cucumbers with Garlic salt and other veggies. I also cut milk way down, cheese and pop. I hope that I don't pack on the pounds with winter coming. My husband has also lost 25 pounds since we started this. We have been working on this together and that is the main key in all this.
