Please follow this link to check out this Photo collection of The Remains of a once beautiful city. Police Departments,Schools and libraries abandoned, Books lining the shelves of the libraries and just left as if life in this city no longer exists. Dentist offices left with the equipment in place as if the inhabitants of these buildings disappeared. Very eye opening collection of pictures. I would have never known how beautiful this city once was before seeing the aftermath of destruction caused by the economy.
On another note it would be a great place to shoot a horror movie film. :)
